Anti-superstition and black magic ordinance need judicial
review!
As expected; government has passed the anti-superstition and black magic ordinance. The ordinance needs a judicial review as it is heavily contradicted
by everyone who has gone through the draft content of the ordinance.
I have discussed lot about confusing phrasings, lack of
legal explanation/meaning of term usage/definitions, in details on the, "anti-superstition
and black magic ordinance" before...which was published in Daily Tarun
Bharat, Daily Sanchar, Daily Prabhat.
My point here is nether Mr. Dhabolkar's murder nor the
ordinance. My observation is; government just took benefit of his murder to
pass this ordinance...those who opposed this bill are stun by this murder, and I
think that they have a feel of guilt...and they might be thinking that, opposing
the ordinance can fingered suspicion on them. And exactly this is benefited...despite
of knowing lacking lots of technicalities and legalities itself in the
ordinance framing, other political parties/social organizations preferred to stay
tight-lipped on this.

In recent past; for Mr. Dabolkar it was becoming really too
hard to gather people to ‘keep on’ his movement..., gradually he was losing
supporters...this could be seen by his public shows, movements and so on...
Now I am thinking that if there is any beneficiary of his
murder; than only those can be bough in frame that can control particular social
lives and specific religious practices!
We should not see just
what we are shown; we should use our own senses to see if achievements/motives
are something, different from just highlighted!
